The Hash House Harriers (HHH or H3) is an international group of non-competitive running social groups. An event organized by H3 is known as a hash, hash run or simply hashing with participants calling themselves hashers, harriers or hariettes.  Bali Hash House Harriers 2 is part of this global phenomenon and is a loosley affiliated group of friends that undertake to do fun things together.

All Hash activities that you undertake with Bali Hash House Harriers 2 are undertaken at your own risk. Neither Bali Hash House Harriers 2 nor any of its members or hares accept any liability for an your personal safety or belongings before, during or after an event.  By joining a run you acknowledge and hold harmless everyone associated with a run; you agree that you participate our own personal choice, you acknowledge that you and you alone are responsible for your own actions and you understand that you can stop and go home any time you wish.

This disclaimer of liability covers any and all injury, no matter how great or small, up to and including death.

This doesn’t mean that Hashers won’t help each other out – of course they will, especially on trail. However, Bali Hash House Harriers 2, members, committee or Hares are not responsible for you, your family or friends; you are an adult, and we believe you are perfectly capable of making your own decisions and have the personal freedom to do so. If you believe that participation in an event is not appropriate, then you have all the right in the world not to attend or to leave.

In closing, listen to the Hares before the run, know your own limits and watch out for yourself, your friends and your loved ones. Help others if they need help and generally be a good Hasher…  On On
